Add smoke tests for Data Science component in extension #2998

Ensure we have at least one test for Data Science in all PRs (as part of the Smoke Tests).

Test is as follows:

Open a python file
Write some code inside a cell
Run the cell
Ensure code in cell got executed
(if cell got executed, then test is a success)
