Verify Path functional test failing as well that I'm reproing.

Note for validation. Failing functional test (w/ Real Jupyter) was Verify path in the notebook functional tests. It's now been replaced with the "Verify manual working directory" and "Verify ${fileDirname} working directory" tests.
