[VS] Add audio calling support

Currently, audio calling is only supported in VS Code. Based on user interest, we plan to add support for it into Visual Studio as well. Upvote this issue if this would be valuable to your use cases of Live Share 👍

+1 to this idea

In my opinion, the collaboration and pair programming should be agnostic from the environment.

Some users could be using Visual Studio Code and others Visual Studio within a collaboration scenario, so if we have VS Live Share for both environments, I think that has not sense to have this extension for Visual Studio Code but not for Visual Studio.

In the other hand, I would like to complete the circle and have VS Live Share and VS Live Share Audio in Visual Studio for Mac too.
