The documentation talks about the language, falls short on an actual use case. How somebody might use it in a real use case. You give no details of what should be or is not generated by the tools.
I still don't know if it is supposed to even generate .h and .cpp files from the interface. If not you should say that early like in the overview: It does this and it does not do this...
I am trying to use midl 3.0 in my project. I can't find any reason to use midl. It doesn't seem to do anything. VS 2022 integration stinks, probably because the documentation stinks worse.
