What happened?

webviewloader.dll certificate is expired with latest webview2. Because of this application is failed to launch on latest installations with latest windows update.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.

Repro steps

Try with new windows 11 with latest updates.
Install any application which uses webview2loader.dll. launch app.
Note:
You can't reproduce the error if app is launched previously before cert is expired.

Either cases we need webview2loader.dll signed with valid digital cert
