Prerequisites

  1. Attend an in-person Saturday class

Instructions

  1. Speak to some volunteers for support in locating the cohort tracker.
  2. Check the cohort progress using the tracker. Does it make sense? Answer the following questions:
  • What is the upcoming milestone?
  • How many people are at, beyond or behind milestone?
  • Which areas do trainees need more support with?

Why are we doing this?

The tracker is a useful mechanism for quickly checking a cohort's progress. Using the tracker effectively will enable volunteers to quickly observe areas of weakness and provide necessary support.

Acceptance criteria

  • You have checked the cohort's progress using the tracker
