Here's a possible walkthrough of the experience:

User types in full name into New Encounter page
User submits search of full name to LinkedIn search interface in the app
App shows list of matching LinkedIn members (Name, Location, thumbnail; perhaps Headline, Current Company)
User selects specific LinkedIn user
App captures LinkedIn Profile URL and Photo URL
App downloads Photo from URL to Firebase Storage
App adds two URLs to Person record: Photo, LinkedIn Profile [data model TBD]
