When a Landing Zone is deployed:

if Purview settings are configured for the management zone:
- add Purview's MSI/SP as a Storage Blob Data Reader to the ADLS Storage Account of that Landing Zone

Refer to Issue #8 Assumptions as possible missing functionalities to be implemented:

Assuming Purview already is deployed
SP config in Purview has been done (manually) => Ygdra SP is a Purview Data Source Administrator
SP/MSI has been added as a 'Storage data reader'
SP secret has been added to the general Keyvault => not needed if we use Purview's MSI
