Issue Description

Initiate a monthly usability testing program with a specialized panel possessing in-depth knowledge about Regels.overheid.nl. The aim is to gather valuable feedback, identify pain points, and continuously iterate on the website to improve its overall usability.

Action Items:

  1. Test Plan Creation:

    • Develop a detailed test plan outlining the scope, objectives, and methodologies for usability testing.
    • Define specific tasks and scenarios that align with the goals of enhancing user experience.
  2. Panel Recruitment:

    • Identify and recruit individuals with expertise in Regels.overheid.nl to form a dedicated expertise panel.
    • Ensure diversity within the panel to capture a broad range of perspectives.
  3. Usability Testing Execution:

    • Conduct regular [ choose time frame ] usability testing sessions based on the predefined test plan.
    • Use a variety of usability testing methods, such as task-based testing, to evaluate different aspects of the website.
  4. Feedback Collection:

    • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from the expertise panel during and after each testing session.
    • Utilize feedback forms, surveys, or interviews to capture detailed insights.
  5. Iteration and Improvement:

    • Collaborate with all teams to analyze the collected feedback.
    • Implement necessary changes and improvements based on the identified issues and recommendations.
  6. Documentation:

    • Maintain a documentation system to track changes made in response to usability testing feedback.
    • Create a central repository for test plans, feedback, and iteration history.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Improved user experience on Regels.overheid.nl based on continuous feedback from the expertise panel.
  • Identification and resolution of usability issues in a timely manner.
