게시물 수정과 삭제는 자신의 게시물만 가능하다.

게시물을 조회할 때 로그인된 사용자의 정보를 가지고 게시물의 작성자와 비교한다.
만약 해당 사용자가 게시물의 작성자라면 아래와 같이 수정과 삭제버튼을 화면에 보여주고,

만약 그렇지 않다면 수정과 삭제버튼을 보여주지 않는다.
