Ran replayer locally, found invalid ledger hashes at slots 146033, 146078, 146102, 146164, 146328, 146399, 146438, 146489, 146631, and 146752.

Also found lots of bad and missing nonces, fixed by #13406.

Checkpointing in compatible was enabled in #13030; the local run used that extensively.
