Rewhispers to a player that relogged does not receive whisper

I got disconnected for a few seconds, logged back in, saw in the logs that Try2Die was trying to whisper me with /rw, but I wasn't receiving them in-game. I think the player might need to rejoin their whisper channels or something?

Hmmm, yeah I think that's the issue. Whisper channels are created on /w and reused on /rw... so if you disconnect and reconnect it won't know what channels to put you in.
