Usually my method is to change the day configurations such that the seasons are synchronized to the position of the sun on the ecliptic, but simply sleeping to skip the night causes the seasons to drift away from the actual "season" of Stellar Sky and become desynchronized after just 2 sub-seasons. So i thought that there might be an easy way to add compability to Serene Seasons. And that is to set it up so that it has "day triggers", where when the month changes for Stellar Sky it would automatically do a command like /ss setseason early_summer when it becomes June (or December if you have set the config to negative latitudes)
