RAW output spams range of numbers when using lever and redstone dust #15

Hi, I already mentioned this in the Discord Server but I will post it here too:

So I am making a simple switch, turn it on and it activates red stone dust that sends RAW output
I want to be able to send different numbers from 0 - 15
But when using placing redstone in between the MD redstone and the switch, it sends outputs from 14 - 0 and spams the output making it useless.

As you can see, I can easily send an output of 0 (OFF) or 15 (ON) by using the Lever on the right, but if I want to send a value of 0 or 14 by using the lever on the left, it spams the MQTT broker with every number between 0 and 14 when turning the lever off...

Please tell me how I can fix this!
Thanks 😁!
