Dismounting isn't the only thing rolled into the sneak keybind (#27) - the whole "use the item currently held instead of interacting with targeted block" functionality is too. While #32 would solve this conflict I can definitely see a lot of players not taking advantage of it in that way, since rebinding the two traditional right click actions to different inputs would be jarring for many. So if we can split off dismounting from sneaking, perhaps we could also split off this tie-breaking mechanic as well?

Instead of displaying as being bound to "Left Shift" by default, it could display as being bound to "Sneak", implying that this control is bound to whatever Sneak is bound to be default, but can be rebound to any other key.
