Installation

Root

1. Uninstall your current messenger version

2. Go to latest release in releases section and download

   • Android 9 and more → messengerxxx-pie.apk and mpro.apk

   • Android 8 and less → messengerxxx-lollipop.apk and mpro.apk

3. Install the downloaded apks

4. BEFORE ENABLING MODULE Login in messenger

5. Enable the module in LSPosed / Edxposed / Xposed

6. Be Pro 😎

IMPORTANT: disable auto updates in messenger settings AND play store

No Root

Android 9 or above

1. Uninstall all facebook apps AND messenger

2. Go to latest release in releases section and download

   • aarch64 → messengerxxx-pie-noroot.apk and mpro.apk
   • armv7a → messengerxxx-lollipop-noroot.apk and mpro.apk

3. Install the downloaded apks

4. Be Pro 😎

Note: you may have to force close messenger after login, for Messenger Pro to take effect

Android 8 or less

We haven't been able to test Messenger Pro on android 8 and less, due to the lack of testers. But in theory, it should work with VirtualXposed or other non root Xposed methods.
