Encountered error when trying to run mintcoind on Ubuntu Linux 16.04

MintCoin version v2.0.3.99-b49e6c5

Error Code :-
mintcoind: kernel.cpp:422: unsigned int GetStakeModifierChecksum(const CBlockIndex*): Assertion pindex->pprev || pindex->GetBlockHash() == (!fTestNet ? hashGenesisBlock : hashGenesisBlockTestNet)' failed.

Thanks for the report! I have a few questions.

  • Is this with a binary that you built yourself, or did you download it from somewhere (mintcoin.zone perhaps)?
  • Does this happen on a new install, or is this working on an already synched blockchain?
  • Does it happen right away, or after some time running?

Oh, and if you did build the binary yourself, is it with the 2.0 latest on the branch from GitHub or something else?
