Partner leaderboards - teams section - total edits discrepancy

'Total Edits' that show in teams section of a parter leaderboard do not match with the 'Total Edits' that show once you click through to the leaderboard view of that team name. Example here is #acnphl

I'm not sure exactly how the stats are calculated. Does the partner page only pull edits that have the primary-hashtag? That is, if a changeset has only #acnphl and not also #accenture will it show up on the main leaderboard but not the partner page?

@danbjoseph it pulls edits directly from #acnphl irrespective of association with #accenture, quite strange because buildings and roads count matches - just the edits count which does not
