File name overflow in drop-area

Problem

Whenever the file name in the drop-down area is more than 28 characters the send button shrinks and moves down.

How to solve?

As suggested by @Phoenix6296 the character limit for file size should be 20 beyond which the first 20 characters will be appended with 3 dots ...
