Is there a way to keep track of sample IDs as well as group IDs in get_mob_stats output?

@dylancraven: I was wondering this as well, and then tried to match the data input directly with the get_mob_stats output. When double checking the abundance (N) in my raw data vs. the N from the analyses, as these matched up in the same order it seems to be a way in which to keep track of sample ID's in the output.

Would be good to have it confirmed here thou?

Hey folks, yes the output order of plots should match their order in the original community and enviornmental matrices that were used to create the mob_in object. It wouldn't be too difficult to carry the plot id's as row names I don't think so I can add this as an enhancement for us to try to add in the future.

@FelixMay is this something you would like to tackle because its related to the function get_mob_stats?
