Key Changes

Data Deposition Page:

  • Updated page title to "MoTrPAC Data Accessible at Public Repositories"
  • Re-ordered omics tables per central dogma
  • Updated top nav dropdown menu link text for this page

Exercise Benefits Page:

  • Re-ordered table items by moving "Reduced risk of all-cause mortality" and "Reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases" to the top

Discourse Community:

  • Added "Community" link in the Resources top nav dropdown menu

Assays in MoTrPAC Studies Page:

  • Re-ordered omics tables and tree graph per central dogma
  • Updated tree graph configurations so that the entire graph fits on the page on initial load
    • Removed default absolute height (in pixels) for tree graph and opted for percentage height
    • Collapsed all omics tree nodes except for transcriptomics to be expanded by default

Data Downloads Page:

  • Added link to phenotype data technical guide and updated description under Study Data section

Phenotype Data Page:

  • New page with technical guide on PASS1B-06 phenotypic data currently
  • Added example figure showing data linkage via vial labels and pids
