현재 커밋 메시지/이슈/예제는 한국어로 작성되고 있고,
tsdoc과 website 는 영어로 되어 있다.

외국인들도 기여할 수 있도록 전부 영어로 할것인지
한국인들만 타겟팅 해서 모두 한국어로 바꿀것인지

결정하자!
