for anyone who want to use it now, there is a fork managed to run on 1.19, and it works! but there is no ready-to-go built .jar file, so we have to compile it using instruction. I followed the guide and here it is: modmanager-1.2.3+1.19.jar.zip

just tested it and it works! I updated a few mods with it.

Oh, wow. I've given up and used PolyMC's built-in mod update, any issues while using that fork?
