BPMN elements not properly aligned in explorer

In Modelio v5.3.1 or v5.4.1, for a BPMN Process or a BPMN Collaboration, icons for diagrams, participants and packages (containing events, tasks, roles or messages) are not properly aligned in the explorer.
As shown in the screenshot, this is disturbing and misleading.

The 'Process' diagram looks like it is contained within the '2 events' package.
Similarly, the 'Collaboration' diagram looks as if it is contained within the '2 messages' package.

In Modelio v4.1, these icons are properly aligned.
