Moloch V3 usecase exploration

Recently got a request for a dao that doesn't really fit the current V2 structure, but thought I would share it for some discussion and for an alternate use case to test against for V3

# DEFI Staking DAO Design 1.0
-Stake tokens to get voting rights (non transferable token/share)
* Provide liquidity to 50/50 $token/ETH liquidity pool
* Stake LP tokens for a minimum of 1 month
* Get shares in return
* Shares have governance rights
* Need a minimum % of shares to submit proposals (quorum, can be changed)
* Anyone with shares can vote on proposals + delegate voting to others
* Proposals take 1 week to pass, can’t unstake when voted ‘YES’
* Can unstake at any other time
* primary use of proposals
    Management of project treasury reserves
    Changing and managing protocol parameters
    Managing liquidity ming incentive programs
    Upgradability and management of the smart contracts


- Liquidity incentives for voting and participating in governance
- DAO needs recurring distribution of a percentage of treasury reserves to $token holders
