I've the same problem. Installed ST3 3.1.1 on a new Win10 laptop and ColorHighlighter is not working at all. It's the only package installed btw.

Same here. I've reinstalled the package countless times but it does not seem to work. The setting file isn't created btw.

I got it working--kind of--in my Sublime install, build 3176 too. BUT the options for highlighting inline, on hover or all text are quite messed up. Tried changing them both through top menu (as instructed in documentation) and by directly editing the settings file. Neither change the behaviour of the package, it just keeps behaving as it will. When I change through menu, changes are not reflected in the settings file. When I do change the file, behaviour just seems to ignore it.

I found a lightweight version that performed well.

Be carefull with this. I had really weird problem with this plugin while i edit json file (sublime.color.scheme). ColorHighlight changed the contents of my file and backed up this file. It's interesting why such a plugin has permission to edit my file.

I think better is use this:

Can confirm, I've never been able to get this package working on Sublime 3 and Windows 10
