[Feature request]: Bulgarian Cyrillic as a default option in the customization tool

What feature are you proposing?

Please add Bulgarian Cyrillic (loclBGR) as a default option in the customization tool.

Currently, to achieve this, users must use a font freezing tool and repeat the process for each file every time a new version of MonoLisa is released.

Can you tell a little bit more about your use case? I.e., why does it make sense to replace default cyrillic with another variant while customizing?

Bulgarian Cyrillic features unique letter shapes that differ from the Russian and Serbian versions, which are the default in MonoLisa. Although MonoLisa supports Bulgarian Cyrillic as loclBGR in its specifications, it can currently only be activated using a font freezing tool. Including it as an option in your customization tool would allow for accurate representation of Bulgarian text across all applications, eliminating the need for extra steps with each font update.
