Simple Player Rig has incorrect UVs for outer Layer #546

Prefacing this by saying that all rigs in MCprep are community maintained. UV issues seem to be an oversight with how the rig was made, so I'll add that to the bug tracker. Proportions however aren't a bug; they're intended to be 2 meters. While the Minecraft Wiki does mention the player is technically 1.8 blocks tall, in practice most people view the player as 2 blocks tall, hence why we made the rigs 2 meters. Ultimately, rigs can be resized, so proportions aren't an issue. |

SimplePlayerX (X - Slim/Steve) has next problems:
This needs fix due to minecraft parity because users expect this model to look and have proportions exact the same like in game
