What happened?

The download data function in the validator tool duplicates the dataset. It downloads one zip folder and when a user clicks on the zip folder there are two datasets. The data is identical, but I'm not sure where this duplication is coming from.

Steps to reproduce

  • Modify so that one dataset is downloaded instead of duplicates.

Expected behavior

Ideally should download just one dataset rather than duplicates.
