Based on design in #1739

Main Nav

  • Logo and title
  • Share icons with the same functionality as live site
  • Donate button links to Donate Page in new tab [*need over + selected state]
  • Main nav is not sticky
  • Mobile Only: Share + donate options overlay when user clicks share icon. Behavior similar to foundation site's hamburger menu on mobile.

Sub Nav

  • Home, [All Categories], About the Guide
  • Hover state and selected state are black with thick underline
  • Sub nav is sticky
  • Mobile: users swipes horizontally to see more menu items
