Websocket events now in testing

It seems to be working, upside is that you don't need a public facing web server. Downside is that it can't retry messages, has a limit on connections, needs to subscribe to every channel * 3 sub types on every server launch, and requires a user access token instead of an app one, so you need to oauth with your account.

The biggest downside by far however is a maximum of 10 quota cost, giving you a maximum of 3 channels being monitored

It does not seem to receive events faster than via webhooks.
