Skirtleneck displays a missing texture

Stock skirtleneck had a missing texture, both from the loadout, clothesmate, and admin supply podded in.
Fixed in-round by buying one with a slightly adjusted hexcode. (incrementing it by 1)

This was in the round of 27-5-2024.

Reproduction:

1. Equip a skirtleneck in the loadout menu or buy one without changing any of the colours.
2. Oops textures all fucked.
