环境信息
请根据实际使用环境修改以下信息
go-cqhttp版本: v0.9.34
运行环境: windows_amd64
连接方式: 正向WS

bug内容
Bot运行一段时间后，有一部分群的消息接收不到，其余群正常，重启Bot后恢复正常，运行一段时间后仍会出现。

复现方法
Bot上有20多个群，运行时间约1天左右，会有几个群的消息收不到，日志也没有显示。

经过观察，发现这些群都是在有新人进群后开始接收不到消息的

能在DEBUG里收到这个 Protocol -> rev pkt: OnlinePush.PbPushGroupMsg seq: 48732
但是接下来没有INFO提示收到的消息

确实是有新人进群后收不到该群群消息，其他群正常

我的是反向WS
