File save options are limited and maybe non-functional #107

the file->save REve browser display menu options are very limited (can't change the file name or save location). If I execute the command it's not clear anything is actually saved as I cannot find the file on my local disk.

This hasnt yet been developed. Its on our list for when we begin improving our GUI. This requires some expertise and we are waiting for things to stablize on the ROOT side before
