Right click multiple unstaged files takes very long #694

Suppose there are multiple files in the "Unstages Files" panel, and I want to remove a few of them.

So I:

ctrl-click the files
right-click
wait for the popup <------ problem is here
click "Discard Changes" or "Remove Untracked Files"

However that right-click often takes a very long time.

Also, weirdly, sometimes it even shows a popup asking for my ssh passphrase. It asks five or six times, with about 10s delay between.

After upgrading to gnome 46 I no longer have this issue.
