Onchain is my safe word

Tinkering with mutiny, by accident I see

I thus discovered that there is a "safe mode". Was waiting for an onchain TX to arrive in normal/LN mode. Nothing.

Immediately on starting "safe mode" onchain TX appears.

suggestion

Consider adding an onchain <> LN toggle on main view or top of settings view, so that the user can readily call the performance and reliability of onchain as needed.

Related to this, this is not supposed to show up if there's these kinds of connection issues.
