mark ii forgets WiFi after restart or power cycle #52

Describe the bug
initial setup of mark ii, follow instructions (/)
if you restart or power cycle it forgets WiFi :(

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. unbox and setup
  2. wifi, pairing, etc
  3. restart
  4. unit prompts again for wifi setup (sigh) - do it
  5. unit completes startup steps (its already paired)
  6. repeat from 3 (100% reproducibility)

Expected behavior
retain wifi ssid and password please it should survive a reboot or power cycle

Strange, I have not noticed this on my install. mycroft core container 2022-10-18 06:11
I have rebooted several times with no issues regarding forgetting wifi.

I have the same issue.
Makes the device unusable unless connected via lan

I haven't had the issue with internet yet. I have to restart mycroft frequently and haven't run into this. I'm running version 21.2.1

This bug has still persisted years later on Neon OS (lol)
