Describe the bug
According to the documentation, ALL DEVICES should respond to "Update Configuration"
Mark II does not seem to.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on the Mycroft Mark II and wait for it to load up
  2. Make sure it is listening
  3. Say "Hey Mycroft" followed by "Update Configuration"
  4. Hear the mycroft say any of the {skill not found} sentences

Expected behavior
According to the documentation (https://mycroft-ai.gitbook.io/docs/using-mycroft-ai/troubleshooting/general-troubleshooting), I'd expect either "Configuration updated", "Your device has been configured", or even a "Cannot find configuration" when there is an error.

Log files
I haven't set up SSH yet, so I have no access to any logs.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Device type: Mark II
  • OS: Dinkum? The device says "I don't know what that means" when I ask it. The "About" page claims it's running Mycroft-Core, with the container of 2023-01-18
  • Mycroft-core version: 23.01?
  • Other versions: unknown

Additional context
As noted above, I've not been able to get into the guts of Mycroft yet.
