As discussed in MycroftAI/mycroft-core#2879, there may be a license issue with using websocket-client.

The current 0.58.0 seems to have a legitimate LGPL version, but we should update the module as soon as their work on moving to Apache v2 is complete. See websocket-client/websocket-client#697
