Allow for recording with multiple camera

If the phone was used as a dashcam it would be useful to also record the driver to see if he/she is wearing a seat belt or is paying attention as currently you can only record either the road or the driver and not both.

Alibi currently uses the CameraX library, which, as far as I know, doesn't support this feature yet :/ We'll either have to wait until this feature is available in CameraX, or we'd need to migrate everything to Camera2
