FW 1.2.5.1C & UI 1.4.3

Is anybody using FW 1.2.5.1C & UI 1.4.3 on there Nepune 3 printer?

Elegoo advised me to upgrade to it to fix the variable Z offset issue but upon install the LED lighting no loinger stays on by defualt at power on plus random reboots and other odd behaviour and now thumbnail plugin (Molodos/ElegooNeptuneThumbnails) is broken noticed after upgrading to Cura 5.6.0 so had to downgrade to FW 1.2.5.1B which requires downgrade of UI to 1.4.2 - Cant remeber where i read that but there is no changelog for the C version anyway.

Now i find myself back on the B version that the multifile feature doesnt work reliably and just cancelling a print or exiting the menus causes reboots but cant print out anyway as the variable Z offset remains present even after replacing proximity sensor, connection board, Lead screw nuts and various drive belts & v wheels.

Anyway the C version of FW, what is the point of it as in what does it improve or change?
