Description

Now that images are tagged, and fancy profiles is released, we need to consider how a user might select a specific version of an image for reproducibility.

Examples

User goes to launch an instance and can pick the image tag to use (defaulting to latest). We can keep a list of major changes or links to Changelogs in the docs.
