Performance tests to make sure the script can run as expected

As a developer I want to know what type of performance I can expect from the core scripts so that I can tune the user experience to work within the constraints of the deployment environment.

The tests should:

• Give an indication of what calculation times to expect
• Give an indication on how the script scales
• Act as a basis for choices of limitations on the REST-endpoint(s)
