Selecting inactive herd for example GX1 I can't edit that herd it will send herd id -1 that is wrong.

I can someway update the herd but the changes are not showed in the form for that herd

This is due to NGINX timeout since the api call to get herds is to slow when getting all individuals.
We could use a new endpoint that only get the short info needed for this page.
