Use of ADF in the CESM tutorial?

Hi All,

I was recently contacted by @phillips-ad about bringing in the ADF to replace the AMWG diagnostics in the "diagnostics" portion of the CESM tutorial, which is occurring the week of August 8th-12th of this year. I feel like this is doable, but I wanted to get the community's input, basically:

1. Do you personally think the ADF will be functional enough to be easily usable by "new" CESM users in August?
2. Is there a particular scientific or usability feature that you think should be in before being ready for the tutorial? I am mostly thinking of anything that is not currently in Project Liege.
3. Would you be willing to be a developer or tester for any tutorial-associated features, including just trying the ADF portion of the tutorial ahead of time?
