SliceGridAlongPlane() will crash when the Box extents of a slice renderer lie outside of the slice plane.

To reproduce:

  1. Create a Slice renderer with any dataset
  2. Rotate it by 90 degrees on the X axis
  3. Move the box so its extents are outside of the slice plane. Vapor will crash.
