Description:
Same as #388 + pre-industrial aerosol.

srf_emis_cycle_yr   = 1850
ext_frc_cycle_yr    = 1850 

This run uses the tuning from coupled run 33 (#356) .

The goal of this run to have a run with present day aerosol and a companion run with pre-industrial aerosol (pia) as requested in #368

This is great! From the ADF, the ERF_aero (RESTOM_pda-RESTOM_pia) is -0.5 W/m2.

CESM2 was -1.65 W/m2 (Mederios et al., 2020); reducing this value is a good thing.
the RFMIP reported a range of -0.63 to -1.37 W/m2 (Smith et al., 2020)
