Here's some plots. Yes the T anomaly does move down to 75hPa in this run, so it follow the upper-boundary (note that I mistakingly set kzz=1 in this run).
So we should consider a dynamic upper-boundary ...
This run used reduced output as discussed at: #70
and in the googledocs
googledocs is a living document and this run used the fincl as of Feb11.
We were still missing a few variables to be able to run the tables in the AMWG. The missing variables were: QFLX, PRECC, FSNTOA
I set these to zero as a hack in the climos so I can output the table in the AMWG. Be aware of this. (Precip are not zero in this run. It was just than we didn't output them).
Description:

We omit the age of air tracers to reduce unnecessary tracers in this run but invoking:
