The following pull requests summarize the changes in this simulation compared to the previous baseline (005).

To replicate this case, the following changes must be made:

./xmlchange MOM6_VERTICAL_GRID=hycom1

In user_nl_mom

Z_INIT_REMAP_GENERAL = True
INPUTDIR = "INPUT"
MAX_LAYER_THICKNESS_CONFIG = "FILE:dz_max_90th_quantile.nc,dz"

Create the directory "INPUT" in the RUNDIR and manually link the required files.
