ARAX has a capability to generate an edge representing a claim that two concepts significantly co-occur in PubMed abstracts, by virtue of having a sufficiently small "Normalized Google Distance" between the concepts. So we are wondering, is there an appropriate EDAM concept to represent that kind of evidence? We are wondering what EDAM concept to use as the name for the edge attribute that will contain the NGD value. (hope this question is well-posed).
Phrased differently, in the new EPC world, how would we encode that an NGD value on an edge is actually an "NGD" value?
